This Privacy Policy explains how Vikua handles information when you use the iOS app. Vikua is a local garden puzzle that can be used without creating an account.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores your agreement choice, selected season, game progress, Garden Cards, Folios, replay results, and preferences locally on your device. This information supports the app's gameplay, history, and replay features. It is not sent to us.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, health information, advertising identifiers, or gameplay analytics. The app does not require an account and does not contain advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
3. How Local Information Is Used
Local information is used only to run the app, remember your choices, preserve completed puzzle results, and make saved Folios available for replay.
4. Apple and Platform Services
Apple may process limited technical, download, crash, or diagnostic information when it distributes and operates iOS apps. That processing is controlled by Apple and is governed by Apple's own privacy terms and device settings.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local information remains on your device until you use the in-app Delete Account action, delete the app, or erase the app's storage through iOS. The Delete Account action removes local Garden Cards, Folios, settings, session state, and agreement status.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information because the app does not collect personal information from you. Legal pages may be opened through a network connection, but the app does not use those page visits to build a user profile.
7. Security
Your puzzle records are kept in the app's local storage and benefit from the security controls provided by iOS and your device. No method of storage is completely secure, so you should also protect access to your device.
8. Children's Privacy
Vikua is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a new version is published.
