Garden records and journal
Vikua stores your selected season, agreement choice, garden cards, Folios, replay results, favorite cards and local entry preference. Journal notes can contain a title, reflection, season, selected or captured photograph, voice recording and recording duration. These records are kept in the app’s storage on your device.
Choosing photographs and recording ideas
Camera access is requested when you choose to take a Journal photo. Microphone access is requested when you choose to record a voice note. You can decline either permission and continue playing the puzzle or writing notes. The system photo picker gives the app only the image you choose. Saved Journal photographs are resized and re-encoded before storage.
Keeping and removing your garden
Saved cards and Folios remain available after reopening the app. You can delete Journal notes in the Journal. Settings provides a confirmed local-data deletion action for the garden profile, saved cards, Folios, Journal and favorites. Leaving the garden does not delete these records. Removing the app may remove its local files; device backups are controlled by iOS and your settings.
Documents and support
Opening the Privacy Policy or Terms requests a page from the document website. The hosting service processes ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver that page. If you email support, we receive your email address and the details or attachments you choose to send; please avoid sending private photographs or recordings unless needed to explain your request.
